Order picker (Cold temperature)

What will you do?

Working in a friendly team, you will pick and stack supermarket products such as fruit, vegetables or meat. Your duties may include:

Order picking walking through the warehouse with a voice pick system and trolley
Working under high pace, but you keep the overview
Ability to drive on an EPT truck if you have experience
Working in a chilled environment (0-5°C) - no worries, we'll give you a warm coat

Working hours (depending on department and position):

Monday to Sunday
5 working days a week
Morning shift: 05:00-13:00
Evening shift: 16:00-00:00
Overtime possible

What do you bring?

We are looking for energetic order pickers who like to get down to business:

English at A2+ level (communicative)
Speaking Polish is a plus
Experience with order picking
Available for a minimum of 6 months
Flexible in different shifts
Physically fit
EU nationality required
Driving licence is a plus (for those wishing to drive commercial vehicles)

What do we offer you?

We make sure you can start without any worries:

Weekly payout
33% holiday allowance, paid weekly
Hourly wage from €14.85, depending on your role
Shift allowances:
- 19:00-23:00: +25%
- 23:00-06:00: +40%
- Above 38 hours worked per week: +35% on all hours
Free transport to work:
Shared accommodation: €130/week (double rooms)
Health insurance: €38/week (if you do not already have Dutch insurance)
Workwear including safety shoes and clothing for cold-storage/freezing rooms

Practical:

Bring valid ID and bank details at your start
First salary after 2 weeks, then weekly
Safety shoes required
