As an order picker in Waddinxveen, you will be working with a voice-pick system (Dutch-English) and an EPT. You will work in different temperature zones and everything is organised down to the last detail: from transport and accommodation to clothing, supervision and weekly payment of your salary.
What will you do?
- Order picking with voice-picking system
- Riding an electric pallet truck
- Collection of products in refrigerated areas (+1°C to +4°C) and freezer cells (-15°C to -23°C)
- Working with voice commands (instruction list available)
- Working in different temperatures
- Undertaking physically active work during your shift
This role requires accuracy, a proactive attitude, and physical fitness, as the work can be physically demanding and take place in varying temperatures.
What do you get?
- Salary: €15.35 per hour
- Cold allowance: €0.52 per hour
- Freezer supplement: €1.24 per hour, including a 15-minute break every two hours
- 8% holiday pay
- 8,51% holiday hours, accrued and paid out during your holiday

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for energetic order pickers who like to get down to business:
- English B1+ level
- Experience with order picking
- Experience in the freezer is a big plus.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months
- Flexible in different shifts
- Physically fit and able to work in varying temperatures
- EU nationality required
- A driving licence is a plus.

- Accommodation available: €142.45 per week, 2-person rooms
Transport
- Free bicycle or electric bike available if you live within 15 km of the work location.
- Free company car available if you live more than 15 km from the work location and hold a driving licence (fuel, insurance, and repairs are included).
Transport will not be arranged for employees with their own accommodation.
