Want 2 Work complies with the NEN 4400-1 standard, a quality mark for organisations that provide staff, such as staffing and payroll companies. This standard imposes strict requirements on our personnel and payroll administration and checks that we comply with all legal obligations. These include remittances, identity checks and right to work. Thanks to this certification, clients can be confident that we operate transparently and reliably within the labour market.

For organisations offering accommodation to migrant workers, there is the SNF quality mark of the Stichting Normering Flexwonen. Want 2 Work has held this certificate for many years. An independent audit takes place annually to check whether our housing meets the established standards in terms of safety, privacy and liveability.

With this hallmark, we show that we provide good and responsible accommodation for our employees.

Want 2 Work is affiliated to the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA) and included in the official register of financially reliable companies. This quality mark shows that we comply with strict requirements, such as the correct payment of payroll taxes and VAT, compliance with the Minimum Wage Act and the correct performance of identity checks. It also checks that our employees are authorised to work in the Netherlands.
With this seal of approval, we demonstrate that we are reliable and operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Want 2 Work is a member of the ABU, the trade association for temporary employment agencies that stands for quality and reliability. As an ABU member, we are regularly audited for our financial obligations, such as payment of taxes and social security contributions. Independent institutions also check whether our document control is carried out carefully and correctly. Twice a year, a thorough audit is carried out by an accredited body. This is how we ensure that we comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as with the industry's high quality standards.
